  • What if I need changes to my proof?

  • No problem! We intend to make you happy! Remember design  is customized for you so it’s what you want. Many changes can be made. Examples of common change requests are: font, colors, wording of the announcement, special quotes or poems.  Any design can be customized to your preferences.  Announcements can also be accommodated for multiple birth, adoption, birthday, etc. 
    Nothing will ever be sent to print without your approval! Please allow 1 business day for any changes or updates.
    Please note, once the approved order has been sent to printing, we are unable to make changes, so please double check your proof for errors or misspellings.  If you wish to have them reprinted do to a missed error, it will be your responsibility to pay for the printing cost for reprint.

  • What if I'd like to see more than one design proof?

    Additional proof requests will incur a $15 fee to cover our designers time. This fee will be paid via invoice prior to the proof being completed.

  • How do I send photos?  What format should I use? 

    For best quality along with efficient turnaround time, email your pictures as .jpeg file at 300 dpi.  If you decide to scan your pictures it is best that you scan the picture in at 600 dpi for best quality possible.  If you don’t have access to a scanner and would like us to scan them for you that is no problem.  Please email us to request our mailing address and your original pictures will be returned with your order. If you are sending us a photograph we will not be held liable for misdirected or damaged mail. Once we are complete with your photo, it will be returned to you with your order.

  • Do I need to edit the pictures before sending them to you?

    Not at all.  Just leave that up to us.  Pictures can be left in color and we can adjust to black and white, photo retouches such as removing red eye, baby acne, etc.  If you are not sure if you want your pictures in color or black and white let us know and we can send you two different proofs so as to compare the difference before making your final decision.

  • Can I use a professionally taken photograph?
  • Of course!  Please note that  due to copyright issues, we may not replicate images that were taken by a professional photographer without their written release. If your images were taken by a professional photographer, please contact them and get a release prior to placing your order. Thank you for your cooperation in this matter.

  •  I have a lot of picture and can’t decide what pictures would work best.  Can I send you extra pictures?

     Yes.  Sassy Photo Creations knows that picking the right photo is hard! Please try to pick them though. You can send up to 2 extra and let our creative side take over, but please do not send any more than two.  When a proof has been sent you may request any changes that may be needed.

  • Can the birth announcements designs be customized for other occasion such as birthday invitations or thank you cards?

  • Yes.  Any announcement designs can be customized to fit the occasion.  Just let us know when ordering in additional instructions section. 

  • Can I reorder if I didn't have enough?
  • Of course!  We keep your announcement design on file.  So if you decide you need more copies printed just email and let us know!

  • Do you offer a "print your own" service? 
  • Yes, we do.  At a cost of $25. I can custom design an announcement for you.  I will send you a high resolution .jpg file once proof has been approved.

  • What methods of payment do you except?
  • We accept all major credit cards and e-checks through PayPal. You do not need a PayPal account to use your credit card to process your order.

  • Do I have to pre-order envelopes?
  • You do not have to pre-order your envelopes. All orders come with envelopes automatically at no additional fee.

  • Do you have a cancellation or refund policy?

  • Yes.  If we haven’t started the process yet there is no charge.  If we’ve created a proof for you and decided to cancel your order at this point there will be a $15 fee charge.  If the proof has been approved and sent to the printers then it will be your responsibility to pay for the total cost of the order. 

  • I didn't receive my order, now what?
  • We can not be held responsible for shipping delay or problems due to the Postal Service.. Once we design and print your order, it is packaged with care and sent from our local postal service to your address listed on the order. There will be a delivery confirmation for each order.
    We are not responsible for lost orders via the postal service.

  • When will my order arrive?
  • From the time you finalize your proof (applies to US orders only), it will take approximately 5-7 business days for your order to arrive. For orders with multiple items, approximate time is 7-10 business days. We encourage you to place your order well in advance of the event. Keep in mind, we do not have ultimate control over our shipping vendors and delivery times are NOT guaranteed. We do not provide refunds for late packages. Please order in plenty of time prior to your event or if you are in a rush we recommend to use print your own option.

  • If I'm not pleased, can I have a refund?
  • We only issue refunds under two conditions. First, there must be an error on our part that occurred after the proofing process. Second, the cards must be returned to us prior to the refund being submitted. If a refund is requested after a proof has been completed but before printing, a refund will be issued MINUS a $15.00 design fee.

  • Will my print have the Sassy Photo Creations logo on it?

  • When we print your design on photo paper we place a small sticker on the back of each print with our logo and url. We care about the overall look of your announcement and make sure our logo is not distracting from the design of your greeting.

  • Do you share my personal information?
  • No way! We will never share your personal information with any other company, individual or organization.
