How does the order process work? The order process is very simple. First take a look around and than decide on a design for your announcement, invitation etc.. Then click on the “add to cart ” button when viewing the design and follow the shopping cart links. After check out you will be redirect to the site with the order form please be sure to completely fill out the order form requesting your personalized card information and e-mail your photo(s) to us. An email will be sent to confirm your order and then leave the rest to me! Once we receive your order along with your photos, you should receive an e-mailed proof within 1-2 business days. We will make any corrections or changes as needed. How long is the turn around time? Once an order has been placed you will receive a digital proof emailed to you within 24-48 hours for approval. Once you approve and we have received an email from you confirming this then the order is sent to the printers. From this point the process time is 5-7 business days. We use professional printers to assure you receive the highest quality so there is a turnaround time. What is a proof? A proof is a low resolution digital image of your announcement. When you order a custom designed greeting from Sassy Photo Creations, we use the information you provide to create a design just for you. We then email you a file so that you can view it and approve it. |
