By submitting a photo to www.sassyphotocreations.com , you certify that you own or have the rights to use any information or pictures supplied by you. If the photo is a professional picture, a signed release form via a photographer/studio must be provided to show that you have the rights to use/print that photo. Release forms must be official and must be signed by the photographer/studio & include a phone # at which they can be reached. If you submit a professional photo without proper release forms, your order will be delayed until you submit documentation or another photo.
Please understand that every monitor screen is calibrated differently, so the colors on your card when you receive them may be slightly different than what you see on your screen. If you have more than one computer, please check both computers and make sure you are happy with the color prior to finalizing your order.
Please check spelling on your proof and do not approve your proof until you have read through the entire card, even the pre-designed wording.
Reprinting will not happen free-of-charge for typographical errors. Sassy Photo Creations will reprint for a discounted price after you approve a new proof.
Please pick only ONE design. If you change your mind, then there will be a 10.00 design fee. I will invoice you and when I receive payment then I will email the new proof.
Sassy Photo Creations knows that picking the right photo is hard! Please try to pick them though. You can send up to 2 extra but please do not send any more than two.
Please proof read your emails before sending them.
Designs are copyright protected
If I create a new design, I will use your pictures as examples but change all personalized information. If you do not want me to use your picture, please let me know.
Turnaround
- General timeframe for photo cards is as follows: A sample is provided in about 24-48 hrs upon receipt of your photo(s)/details. Once any changes/edits have been made, you must submit an approval to print, and your printed cards are ready in approx. 5-7 business days.
- Please note, lab turnaround does vary, especially at their busiest times, such as the weeks preceding Christmas. I have no control over processing time at the lab!
- Please order at least 4 weeks from your event if possible.
- Orders are shipped daily, and your cards will ship within 24 hours of completion. Shipping times may vary, so please allow time for your cards to be completed and for delivery. By submitting your order you are agreeing to these general guidelines. Timeframes are subject to change due to order volume, and the order turnaround time may be longer during peak times, especially holidays. Please keep this in mind. If you are in need of a faster option, you may want to consider our Print your own option and have the cards printed at a local lab of your choice, though we cannot be held liable for the quality of your prints.
Cancellation and Refund/Return Policy
- If you need to cancel your order, you must alert us as soon as possible. If personalization has been initiated, you are subject to a $15 cancellation fee, which covers the amount of time spent on designing, editing, personalizing your products.

Refunds are not given once proofs are approved. Please make sure you are 100% happy with your proof. We give an unlimited amount of proofs for this reason

Orders can be cancelled within the first 24 hours, after 24 hours there will be a $15 per-design fee. If you cancel after approved proof, you will be responsible for the whole order and no refund will be given. If you are sent a proof in less then 24 hours of ordering then there will be a $15 design fee.
